Ted Talk Power of Vulnerability

After watching TED talk “The Power of Vulnerability” by speaker Brene Brown it put a real perspective on how the human brain and heart are so complicated, and how “ the ability to feel connected is the reason why we are here.” Everything in this world connects to another thing. The way she spoke made you really want to listen, because she started out by telling a story that was funny and light. The way she presented structure was very clever, it let you think and come to the conclusion on your own. She taught the audience about the mater instead of just telling the audience. The topic was very detailed but at such a wide spectrum that it could be applied to may different scenarios, such as how to be able to help others or how to understand and solve a problem. Personally I found it very interesting because it talked about how the human brain perceives different aspects of life. In my life I try to make the people around me as comfortable as possible, so being able to understand how others perceive problems can help me to help them.
