TED talk Your body language shapes who you are

In the TED talk “Your body language shapes who you are” by Amy Cuddy talks about the power of being able to fake it till you become it.  During the speech she describes how you can motivate yourself by holding yourself in a powerful pose. Throughout the speech Cuddy moved around the stage while using hand gestures and standing very confidently.  The main idea of this study was that you can change your state of mind, by the way you think of yourself, and you can change the way you think of yourself by the way you hold yourself. She used many different speaking techniques of appealing to the emotion of people when she told the story of her personal past. But what the biggest thing in her speech was that the knowledge deserves to be shared.
